Kwoon means “training hall” in Chinese - similar to the more common Japanese word dojo. It is word my father used to refer to his schools. Kwoon (pronounced gwoon) is a method I have developed for getting present with one’s self and deeply connected with life.

Kwoon is a carefully contained process of deep inquiry based in the curiosity of feeling and sensing rather than thinking. Whether practiced alone or together, with Kwoon the training is accomplished by allowing a question asked with full presence to lead you onto an infinite and eternal path of meaningful connection and discovery.
